Like all pieces of legislation, ranked choice voting (RCV) legislation goes through committee hearings where policymakers hear testimony from experts, activists, and members of the public. In this episode, George Gilbert, Karen Brinson Bell, and Chris Hughes discuss what it's like to testify about RCV in front of those committees.
