Episode Transcript

Massachusetts voters had the opportunity to adopt ranked choice voting (RCV) statewide on November 3, 2020. In this three-part series, RCVRC dives into how the campaign came together, what it took to get on the ballot, what the campaign did to reach prospective voters, and how the COVID-19 pandemic threatened to derail it all.

In episode two, Jim Henderson, Joel Paul, and Liz Popolo walk through the signature-gathering campaign, from getting approval to gather signatures to a mid-campaign pivot to digital signature gathering after the COVID-19 pandemic began.
